You are welcome to return your purchase if the product is damaged when received. Let us know via phone or email within 7 working days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange for you.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchange after this 7 working day period has passed.
Please return your item by recorded delivery within 28 days. Post to the following address:

Returned items must include your:
- Date of purchase
- Invoice/order number
You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the item (except for return postal charges) within 30 days of us receiving the item.
We check all our products thoroughly, all in the name of maintaining the highest quality standards.
Very rarely, a faulty item may slip through. Please accept our apologies if you receive a faulty product.
If this happens, please get in touch straight away and we’ll get on the case. Any damaged items will be entitled to a full refund including postage costs.
